As we have officially stepped into the new year, we have been reflecting on all of the incredible occasions that made 2017 such an excellent year for our business. All of the styled shoots, networking opportunities, and (of course) fabulous weddings were bigger and better than ever, and we can’t thank all of you enough for contributing to these unforgettable events. As we build our gratitude list, however, one event seems to stand out above the rest–our experience returning to the Wedding MBA conference.
Founded in 2003, the Wedding MBA Conference is an annual, three-day convention held in Las Vegas which strives to educate vendors from across the nation about how to grow their businesses, boost their sales, and maximize success in their respective fields. Covering everything from couples’ unrealistic expectations to finding the right wedding gown to fit a bride’s personality, this conference is a national mainstay for wedding vendors in every sector of the industry.
While we fell in love with the conference when we attended as guests in 2016, we were given the incredible honor of being among last year’s featured speakers. We had a phenomenal time presenting Almost Famous, a discussion about how to use behind-the-scenes and DIY videos to engage your audience even before they book you, and we cannot express how grateful we were for the opportunity! To speak alongside such prestigious wedding vendors as Jacqui Wadsworth, social media powerhouse behind the Gilded Gown, Pink Bride-founder Fred Jacobs, and even David Tutera himself was a privilege beyond our wildest dreams.
Are you a wedding professional striving to book more couples, hone your craft, and learn this industry from the inside out? We can’t recommend the Wedding MBA enough, and encourage you to learn more by visiting their website. In fact, we have an exciting Wedding MBA announcement of our own coming out tomorrow, and we would hate for you to miss it! Enter your name and email in the form below for a reminder one hour before the big reveal! We promise, you’ll be glad you did.
